You can check the following questions you need to know before buying:

1. About us:

onitshop  is a  formal service company.  Integrity is our business principle.  There will be no fraud.  The quality will also be strictly controlled.  Please feel free to purchase.

2.  Customer service office hours:

9:00-20:00

Any questions, please feel free to chat with us online or send email.  We will reply to you in time.

3.  Brand issues:

All products on sale are branded.  No need to worry or reconfirm.

4.  Packaging:

Generally speaking, in order to avoid customs risks, we will not take all shoes with the original packaging box.  If you need boxes, please order separately.  We will send you shoes and boxes.  Thank you for your attention.

5.  Shipment:

The default logistics method of onitshop is ePacket.  If you have any other questions, please contact us. Usually we will send it within the specified time after payment.  If some goods are out of stock, or the weather is bad, we will contact you at the first time.  You can choose to wait, or change another style/color, or apply for a refund.

6.  Customer satisfaction:

If you have any questions, please contact us.  We are committed to your 100% customer satisfaction.  Please give us a chance to solve any problems.

7.  Return and refund:

We accept return and replacement of shoes within 7 days after you receive the shoes before wearing.  We will not bear any freight for returned shoes with incorrect size selected by you.  After receiving the returned shoes, we will refund your money or ship you another pair of shoes with the correct size.  You need to pay the return freight.  If the product is worn out, we are sorry that we cannot provide the return service, because it will affect the secondary sales.  Please understand.

8.  Feedback:

Positive feedback (five stars) is very important to us.  Please give us positive feedback after receiving your package.  If you have any questions about our products, please contact us in time, and we will serve you immediately.  We will try our best to solve this problem.
