Non-quality issue explanation

1. During the manual manufacturing process, glue is used for bonding (environmentally friendly and odorless), and there may be a slight glue overflow phenomenon, which is normal.

2.When wearing the shoes, due to high intensity friction, the brand logo on the insoles may fade, stain, and fall off, which is a normal wear-and-tear situation.

3.Fortwocolorandmulti color soles, during the dyeing process, there may be a slight leakage of dye, which is normal and does not affect wearing or overall appearance.

4. New products may have certain odors from leather, rubber, fabric, glue, etc. These odors will gradually disappear with wearing. Alternatively, after receiving the product, you can place it in a cool and ventilated place, and the odor will gradually reduce until it disappears.

5. As you wear the shoes, some rubber accessories and fabrics in contact with glue will undergo varying degrees of oxidation and fading (lighter colors are more obvious), which is a normal wear-and-tear phenomenon. You can try using professional sports shoe cleaning tools and cleaners to clean them, which will effectively alleviate the problem.
